Karate Development Nationals – Sarah Sahli from Creston College, Oslo Beach, showcased her exceptional skills at the Karate Development Nationals Championship. It took place in Mpumalanga on August 23 and 24.

She clinched the gold medal in kumite within her division and earned a spot on the KSA (Karate South Africa) Development selection team.
