schoolsthatrockCanyon Mountain Ultra Marathon. Treverton College Grade 11 student, Daniel Jonck, came eighth in the Kruger to Canyon Mountain Ultra Marathon on 1 and 2 July.
Daniel competed in the 70km race split over two days; Day 1- 42km and Day 2- 29km. His time for the two days was 9 hours and 32 minutes. This is a fantastic achievement, and it must be noted that Daniel was also the youngest competitor in the race.
