schoolsthatrockSpace educator, Janet Ivey. Curro Durbanville was lucky enough to be the host school for the awesome Curro Space Event which was held on 9 March. Learners were able to attend this fascinating and exciting “journey into space” with Janet Ivey-Duensing. Janet is from Nashville in the USA. She is a cosmic educator and the President of Explore Mars Inc. She is also the CEO of Janet’s Planet and has won multiple awards in children’s entertainment and education.
It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our Curro learners to broaden their knowledge about space and space travel. Our learners are the Artemis generation who will one day hopefully explore Mars in the not-too-distant future!
