St John’s D.S.G. If you haven’t already heard, St John’s D.S.G. has a special and much loved member of the Grade 1 class, Caramel the Bear.

The Grade 1s of 2019 were the first class to welcome Caramel to the school. Over the past five years, Caramel has been involved in many activities. She has travelled to countless destinations with her Grade 1 friends.

This year’s Grade 1s were ecstatic when they learned that they would be getting a “new” Caramel! They are delighted to report that “Caramel Amber” is now safe and settled in her new home!

The great news is that the old Caramel has now been returned to her first class of 2019, who are now all grown up in Grade 5.

It seems that this magical bear has captured the hearts of the girls over the years. Even the parents and grandparents are enjoying the company of the class bear. “We look forward to hearing what Caramel Amber gets up to with her new Grade 1 friends.”
