schoolsthatrockFree State Championship gala. Amelia Vincent from Eunice High School, won 9 medals at the Free State Championship gala. This highly competitive and prestige gala, was held at the Stadium Swimming Pool in Bloemfontein from 6 to 11 December. The best of the best competed at the gala.
Amelia swam in 20 items (3 relays) and participated in the finals in all 17 her individual events.
She won two gold, three silver and four bronze medals. Amelia was also announced as the 2nd best 14 year old girl swimmer in the Free State! She already qualified to compete at the 2023 SA Junior Nationals in the 200m Breast stroke event.
