schoolsthatrockLifesaving – A number of Camps Bay High School in Cape Town learners were selected for the SA National Surf Lifesaving teams. The 2022 DHL SA National Surf Livesaving Championships was held in Gqeberha over the school holidays.
Camps Bay High School is very proud of all the lifesaving learners’ performances.
Special mention must go to the Medal winners who excelled at the Championships.
Matthew Pincente Lifesaving champ who represents Llandudno received:
- Gold Medal for U14 Individual Board Race
- Gold Medal for Team Beach Relay
- Silver Medal for Team Board Relay
- Silver Medal for Team Taplin Relay
- Bronze Medal for Individual Board Sprints
King Langdon Lifesaving champ who represents Clifton received:
- Gold Medal for Junior Relay
- Silver Medal for Junior Tube Rescue
- Bronze Medal for U19 Beach Flags
Holly Smith Lifesaving champ who represents Llandudno received:
- Silver Medal for Surf Ski
- 5th place overall out of 87 girls competing.
Samuel Warren who represents Clifton received:
- Gold medal for Junior Beach Relay
- Silver medal for Individual Long Beach Run (3km)
