Grey College MTB team took part in the Free state Provincial XCO Series

This past weekend the Grey MTB team took part in the Free state Provincial XCO Series held over two days at Happy Valley in Bloemfontein.

The following riders did exceptionally well.

Day 1: Junior men: 1st Neil MacLeod, 2nd Franjo Hattingh, 3rd Erik van Rooyen

Youth men: 1st Fourie Burger, 2nd Jay Zijlstra, 3rd JJ Holtzhausen, 4th André van Rooyen, 5th Wouter Wessels

Sub junior boys: 1st J.J. Koekemoer, 3rd Beau Zijlstra, 4th Aiden Claassens.

Tiaan Correira came 1st in the Youth men category on day 2.

Congratulations to all our Grey riders who participated in the series.
