Water Polo Report vs DHS

The Glenwood 1st Team Water Polo together with the new coaches Donn Stewart and Lee-Anne Keets came up against the DHS 1st T eam in the Winter League 1sts Fixtures which are a preamble to the upcoming start of the schools season. Glenwood were strong from the outset and scored early in the game, quickly building up a goal lead. DHS fought back closing the gap slightly by the end of the first chukka. However from the second Chukka, the Glenwood boys came back fighting and extended their lead with some of the younger players showing their growth this season and scoring multiple goals. Top goal scorers for the game being Aaron Jacoby, Daniel Messiter-Tooze and Luke MacDonald. The final score saw the Glenwood team beating DHS with 17-5. They will face Westville on Saturday 26/8/17.
