Squash SA Junior doubles. Kingswood College Squash Update – Makhanda.
Five of Kingswood College’s first-team squash players were recently invited to the prestigious Squash camp: Luke Goldschmidt, Kelly Goldschmidt, Aeryn Putzier, Erin Taggart, and Gemma Clark. They joined 23 juniors from across South Africa for an intensive program designed to sharpen their doubles play.
The camp focused on key skills, including:
- Limiting opponents’ opportunities while creating attacking space
- Court positioning and effective communication
- Exploiting weaknesses on one side of the court
- Developing tactics and game plans
Each evening, and again on Sunday morning, players competed in a Doubles Tournament—an exciting chance to put their newly learned strategies into action.
