Brill House Outreach. Extending Warmth to the Community.
Bloemfontein – Grey College proudly announces the compassionate outreach initiative led by Brill House. Demonstrating unity and generosity, the boys, prefects, staff, and workers of Brill House have identified a significant need. It is for bedding, including sheets, blankets, and mattresses, within the city.
Through their heartfelt efforts, the following institutions have already received donations, with further contributions also planned:
- The New Assembly Apostolic Church of St Johns
- Kopanu Edu-Care
- Amazing Kids Daycare
- Shannon Methodist Church
- Torings van Hoop
This initiative also reflects Grey College’s commitment to service and community upliftment, ensuring that those most in need are also supported with dignity and care.
“This outreach is more than just giving blankets or mattresses. It’s also about showing compassion and reminding our community that they are not alone,” said a Brill House prefect. “We are also humbled to serve and hope our small contribution brings comfort and dignity to those who need it most.”
Brill-huis Uitreik: Warmte vir die Gemeenskap
Bloemfontein – Grey College kondig met trots die medemenslike uitreikprojek van Brill-huis aan. In ’n gees van eenheid en vrygewigheid het die seuns, prefekte, personeel en werkers van Brill-huis ’n dringende behoefte aan beddegoed — insluitend lakens, komberse en matrasse — in die stad geïdentifiseer.
Danksy hul toewyding het die volgende instansies reeds donasies ontvang, met verdere bydraes wat binnekort beplan word:

- Torings van Hoop
Hierdie uitreik weerspieël Grey College se verbintenis tot diens en gemeenskapsopbou, en verseker dat diegene wat dit die nodigste het, met waardigheid en sorg ondersteun word.
“Hierdie uitreik gaan oor meer as net die gee van komberse of matrasse — dit gaan oor omgee en om ons gemeenskap te herinner dat hulle nie alleen is nie,” het ’n Brill-huis prefek gesê. “Ons is dankbaar om te dien en hoop dat ons klein bydrae troos en waardigheid bring aan diegene wat dit die nodigste het.”
