World Cross Country Championships. Anke Stander en Lara Stander van Hoër Meisieskool Paarl is deur Athletics South Africa (ASA) genooi om deel te neem aan die wêreld landloopproewe wat in Witrivier plaasvind. Hierdie is ‘n uitsonderlike prestasie, aangesien slegs die top vyf o.16–20 ASA kampioene genooi word om deel te neem.
The twins will compete in the U20 6km race, and the first 6 athletes will be selected for the SA team. They will compete at the World Cross Country Championships in the USA (Tallahassee, Florida) on January 10, 2026.
