Commonwealth Karate Championships – Creston College

Commonwealth Karate Championships. Creston College learners, Emir in Grade 10 and Sarah Sahli in Grade 4, proudly represented South Africa at the 11th Commonwealth Karate Championships, held in Durban from 29 November to 1 December 2024.

Both Emir and Sarah showcased incredible skill, determination, and sportsmanship, making the entire Nation proud. Their unwavering dedication and hard work were evident as they competed against top talent from across the Commonwealth.

A special congratulations to Sarah, who made history by clinching a gold medal in Kumite in her age and weight divisions! Her outstanding performance has earned her the prestigious title of Commonwealth Champion 2024.
